Experience
We have worked in a variety of sectors in both a learning and development and HR capacity at a senior level, so we have a broad spectrum of experience from induction programmes to c-suite consulting and everything in between. We specialise in leadership development, customer service, engaging employees and culture change. We have worked in both global multicultural corporates and small family businesses and have a belief that where development is concerned, one size doesn’t fit all and that bespoke approach to understanding each individual client or culture is the key to success.

• Worked with the board of a luxury retailer to help them measure their employee engagement and strategize their EVP
• Coached a senior engineer into his first Executive level role.
• Led a piece of work to design, rollout and embed a new way of working in a retail business which focussed on uplifting the entire customer journey and engaged both customer facing and support employees.
